Key Details:
- Small Centre: 29 place centre located in Albion Park
- Qualifications: Minimum. Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an early childhood setting
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience as centre director OR open to 2ic wanting to step up!
- Key Attributes: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Work Environment: Supportive, collaborative, and enriching.
- Professional Development: Plenty of opportunities for growth and development.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in early childhood education and leadership roles.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with children and families.
- Experience in managing children’s behavior and creating a positive, engaging environment.
